Terms of Use

These terms explain how you may use WheelDeal MotorHub, a free vehicle marketplace for Sri Lanka. By using the site, browsing listings or posting a listing, you agree to these terms.

WheelDeal is free to use. Listing a vehicle or spare part costs nothing, and we do not charge a fee or commission when something sells. We may change or improve the service at any time.

You are responsible for everything you post. By listing an item you confirm that the details are true and accurate, that you have the right to sell it, and that the photographs are your own or you have permission to use them.

You must not list:

• vehicles or parts that are stolen, or that you do not own
• listings that are misleading, duplicated, or for an item that is already sold
• content that is offensive, unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights

Listings stay active for the duration you choose when posting, normally three months. When that period ends, the listing is marked as expired and hidden from public view. It is not deleted, and you can ask us to renew it. We may also remove or hide any listing that breaks these terms.

WheelDeal is only a place to advertise. We do not own the vehicles and spare parts listed, we do not inspect them, and we are not part of any sale. Always inspect the vehicle and documents in person, never pay a deposit or send money before seeing the vehicle, and meet in a safe public place.

Listings are created by users, so we cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate or that a seller or buyer will behave as described. To the extent allowed by law, WheelDeal is not liable for any loss arising from a deal made between users, or from relying on information in a listing.

The WheelDeal name, logo and site content belong to us. By posting a listing you give us permission to display your listing details and photographs on WheelDeal and in our advertising, so that buyers can find your item.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
